Personal Training Policies
Payments
Packages must be paid in full prior to the scheduling of training sessions.
Training packages expire 1 month from the date of purchase.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please text Sarah (479-857-2929) or Blake (479-219-5100). When a client schedules a training session, a specific amount of time is reserved specifically for that client. Time is valuable for both us and our clients. Therefore, if cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, a 24-hour advance notice is greatly appreciated. If a client cannot make a scheduled session, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. If advance notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule for another time that week. Although, we cannot guarantee a rescheduled time due to the possibility of a full schedule.
Likewise, this policy applies to our staff. Should a situation arise when we have to cancel or reschedule a session with a client, we will do our best to provide the client with 24-hour notice. If for any reason we are unable to make the scheduled time, we will add a session credit for the missed session.
Refunds
We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for training packages .
Punctuality
Clients are responsible for showing up on time. We cannot guarantee training past the scheduled time.
