“Love the atmosphere and the people. Everyone is so nice and polite and get along really well. Blake and Sarah are always smiling and willing to answer questions. I went to Blake for some strength training to improve my running and to help get rid of some cramping issues I was having. I’m two months in and my quads are a lot looser and even though the cramps aren’t totally gone I’d say I’m 70% better. I can tell I’m getting stronger and have lost some inches.! Great people!
